Refunds

All sales are FINAL. We do not accepts returns or exchanges. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please make sure to double check the shipping address, as we are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect shipping addresses being entered at checkout.

 


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Customers have 3 days after heir order was delivered to contact us regarding any issues with their order. If we are not contacted within the 3 days of you receiving your order, we are no longer able to resolve your issue.
